BIB AOC Côtes de Provence 12.5% vol.
When selecting the grape varieties, the wine-makers of the Côtes de Provence wished to respect the nature of the soil, the type of vineyard and the balance of all the elements which contribute to the wine. For the red and rosé, the principal grape varieties are: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Tibouren. For the white: Rolle, Ugni blanc and Clairette.
The wines of the Côtes de Provence are blended according to long-standing wine-making traditions and techniques, which involve each variety undergoing a separate vinification before being blended together to make the final wine. This methodology allows us to prepare well-balanced wines, which reflect the qualities of each of the constituent grape varieties.
Our “wine fountains”, or bib, are practical, easy to handle, good value-for-money and contemporary!
