Bronze Medal Paris 2007
Silver Medal 2007 Macon

These red and white wines are at the pinnacle of the appellation, since from vine to glass everything is engineered in order to ensure that practice and theory are in the closest possible alliance.

These “stars of competition” never disappoint and are awarded medals virtually every year at either Paris or Macon; stocks, however, are necessarily limited and often run out before the end of the year.

Red:

This wine is produced according to methods traditional to Provence, with a lengthy maceration in the vat using a blend of Grenache and a smaller proportion of Syrah, which results in a full-bodied wine with subtle aromas to whet your taste buds.

Bright red in colour, subtle hints of red fruits, soft mouth-feel, very rounded with a long finish.

It goes perfectly with our various regional dishes, white or red meats as well as cheese.

Serve at room temperature.

Remove the cork a short while before the meal.

Price: 5.60 €

Rosé:

The juice is gently squeezed from the grapes by hydraulic press, after which the wine is fermented at low temperatures, which are maintained throughout its time in the cellar at between 12° - 13° in order to preserve all the aromas.

Soft pink in colour, full-fruit aroma, graceful, rounded with full mouth-feel. It goes perfectly with aperitifs, fish, grilled meats, salads and desserts.

Serve between 10° - 15°.

Price: 5.90 €.
