Red:

Produced by short maceration, with a fermentation temperature between 25°-27°. Light in colour, gentle on the nose with a rounded, balanced mouth-feel.

Goes with grilled meats and cheese. Serve at 18°-20°.

Rosé:

Produced at low temperature (16°). Fine soft-pink hue, with a hint of orange. Bouquet of red fruits, lively and pleasant mouth-feel.
